Hillary Danaher served as the editor for the Garfield Lake Review and is the author of regional bestseller The Colors of Beech Hill, which was nominated for the Michigan Notable Book Award and the Principal’s Choice Award. She has also published The Curse in My Purse: Poems and Drawings for Grown-Ups, and her articles and podcasts have been published on Spotify, in Montessori Today, Families First Monthly and on her blog, Straight from the Scullery. M. M. Porter is attending Ohio University to pursue her PhD in English with an emphasis in Poetry. She is a graduate of the MFA poetry program at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro where she served as a poetry editor fo The Greensboro Review. Fiction Editor

Lindsey Paquette graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with an English degree and an emphasis in creative writing. During her tenure, she earned a publishing credit in the university’s literary journal, NOTA, and has served as a reader. Now she works along the coast of Lake Superior as a member of Northwood Technical College.
Nonfiction Editor

Emily Smith earned her English degree at the University of Tulsa where she served as a writing center editor for other NCAA Division I athletes. After earning a master’s degree from Tulsa, she returned to her native state of Wisconsin where she teaches English, mass media, creative writing, and advanced placement literature.
